All orders and items are carefully checked before delivery. In the unlikely event that the items arrived not in good condition or have lost their original textures and/or appearance upon arrival.
Please report it to us immediately with your receipt and a clear picture of the damage/defect for refunds. All items must be unconsumed or they will be not valid for refunds.
Orders Not Delivered
In any cases that your ordered was not delivered (eg. Driver never showed up to pick up your order), we will make sure to reschedule your delivery with a new driver as soon as possible.
